JAL Royal Catering Co., Ltd. (JRC) was established on January 16, 1992 as a joint venture between Japan Airlines Co., Ltd. (JAL), which aims to become the world's most preferred and valued airline, and Royal Co., Ltd. (currently Royal Holdings Co., Ltd.), which aims to improve people’s lives through safe and high-quality inflight meals.
Our company currently has catering facilities at Narita and Haneda airports, where we prepare and load inflight meals and support JAL's international flights departing from both airports.
We are making unwavering efforts to provide unparalleled quality and service through rigorous safety and hygiene management under our motto, "Meals that bring a smile to our customers throughout Japan and the world."
We will also actively address various social issues. As part of our efforts, we have acquired ISO 14001:2015 certification, the international standard for Environmental Management Systems, and are committed to doing what we can to reduce food waste and single-use plastics, thereby contributing to a more sustainable and prosperous future.
The environmental changes surrounding us are accelerating, and the demands we face are becoming increasingly diverse. We will continue to devise and take on new challenges with the "customer perspective" so that we can meet the needs of our customers and society.
