JAL Royal Catering Co., Ltd. (JRC) was established on January 16, 1992 as a joint venture between Japan Airlines Co., Ltd. (JAL), which aims to become the world's most preferred and valued airline, and Royal Co., Ltd. (currently Royal Holdings Co., Ltd.), which aims to improve people’s lives through safe and high-quality inflight meals.
Our company currently has catering facilities at Narita and Haneda airports, where we prepare and load inflight meals and support JAL's international flights departing from both airports.
We are making unwavering efforts to provide unparalleled quality and service through rigorous safety and hygiene management under our motto, "Meals that bring a smile to our customers throughout Japan and the world."
We also engage actively in social issues and recently acquired ISO 14001: 2015 certification, the international standard for an effective environmental management system. With the aim of contributing to the realization of a sustainable and prosperous future, we are taking all possible steps to reduce food waste and disposable plastics.
